    Our products & the right of withdrawal

All Torque products are made to order on demand through our fulfilment partner, Printful. Because each item is produced specifically for you upon purchase, these products qualify as custom-made goods and are exempt from the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht) under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree that the right of withdrawal does not apply.
    We will always clearly indicate this before checkout so there are no surprises.

    

    EU 2-year legal guarantee

In accordance with EU Directive 2019/771, all products sold by Torque carry a mandatory minimum 2-year legal guarantee. If a product you receive does not conform to what was described or shown at the time of purchase, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund. This guarantee is in addition to any commercial warranty we offer.

    

    Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or materially different from what was shown in the product listing, please contact us at support@torquebrand.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in line with our legal obligations.

    

    Lost packages

If your order has not arrived and is considered lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

    

    Incorrect address

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Torque is not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us for this reason, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
