    Production time

All Torque products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. This is separate from the shipping estimate shown at checkout.

    

    Shipping times & estimates

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by destination. Standard international shipping typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. These are estimates — delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or peak periods are outside our control. We are not liable for delays once the order has been handed to the carrier.

    

    Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this to follow your shipment to delivery.

    

    Prices & VAT

All prices displayed in our store are inclusive of applicable Dutch VAT (BTW) where required by law. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or local taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.

    

    Customs & import duties

International orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.
