    Overview

By visiting torquebrand.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms are governed by Dutch law and comply with applicable EU consumer legislation, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

    

    Products & accuracy

All Torque products are print-on-demand items fulfilled by Printful. We take care to represent products accurately through mockups and photography, but slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to screen settings and print processes. Product colours are indicative only.

    

    Orders & payment obligation

By clicking the order confirmation button at checkout — labelled "Order with obligation to pay" or similar — you confirm that your order constitutes a binding agreement to purchase. You confirm that all information provided, including your shipping address and payment details, is accurate. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or submitted with incorrect information, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

    

    Right of withdrawal & custom goods

Because all products are made to order specifically for each customer, they qualify as custom-made goods and are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This exemption is clearly communicated before purchase is completed.

    

    EU 2-year legal guarantee

In accordance with EU law, all products carry a minimum 2-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery. This covers non-conformity with what was described or advertised at the time of sale. This does not affect your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

    

    Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, branding, and content associated with Torque Performance Wear are the intellectual property of Torque. Reproduction, copying, or redistribution of any design or content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

    

    Complaints & dispute resolution

If you have a complaint about your order or our service, please contact us first at support@torquebrand.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue within 14 days. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may escalate to the ACM ConsuWijzer (consuwijzer.nl) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

    

    Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
